The Housing Department restructured along business lines into four core business branches (Allocation and Marketing, Commercial and Services, Development & Construction and Management Branches) with two supporting branches (Finance and Accounting and Corporate Services Branches). An Executive Board was set up to map out strategies, formulate policies, set performance targets and monitor progress.
