Note:	1.	All Housing Authority Open Meetings are held in the Housing Authority's Chamber. Members of the public may be admitted to the Public Gallery of the Housing Authority's Chamber as visitors to listen to the proceeding of its open meetings, under the House Rules. For enquiries and reservation, please refer to Contact Information.
	2.	All Housing Authority Committee meetings are closed meetings held in the Housing Authority's Committee Room, unless otherwise stated.
	3.	The contents of the internet version of the materials are for reference only. Photocopies of the materials are available through the Housing Department Access to Information Officer, through the payment of the standard photocopying fee.
	4.	Visitors are advised to read the papers in conjunction with the corresponding Summary of Decisions as the recommendations in the papers may not be approved in full.
	5.	Minutes of Housing Authority meetings may be subject to amendments. Such amendments are usually considered in subsequent meetings when the minutes of previous meetings are to be confirmed.
	6.	There is no Chinese version for some papers of Finance Committee.
	7.	Concern groups wishing to attend "Members' Meeting with Concern Group" should submit a written request to the Committees' Section, 10/F, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin, Kowloon, fax no. 2761 0019 before the specified date. All information submitted may be published on this web page. Should a concern group disagree to disclose part or all of the information, please state the request in writing.
