HOUSING ORDINANCE (Chapter 283)

It is hereby notified that the Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands, in view of the commencement of the Housing (Amendment) Ordinance 2003 by virtue of which the powers to appoint the chairman and members of an Appeal Panel under section 7A of the Housing Ordinance is now vested in the Chief Executive, had exercised his powers to terminate the following appointments to the Appeal Panel with effect from 28 March 2003 -
