Section A: Application for Public Housing, Transfer and Subsidized Home Ownership Schemes Chapter 5: Allocation Standards for Public Rental Housing To better utilize our valuable public rental housing units, allocation standards for flats of different designs and sizes are fixed in term of allocation ranges.  For example, 2 to 3 persons flats of New Harmony blocks (internal floor area 21.69/21.96 m2) can be allocated to families with 2 or 3 members, one bedroom New Harmony flats (internal floor area about 30.34 m2) can be allocated to families with 3 or 4 members etc. HD will flexibly allocate their PRH flats according to their supply and demand at the time of allocation.
