Specification Library

The Specification Library contains the specification of materials and workmanship to be used for the new development contracts. It is printed on CD-ROMs for sale to contractors, suppliers, consultant firms and academic institutes. The content of the Specification Library will be updated every few years. The latest version is the Specification Library 2004 Edition, which applies to new development contracts tendered out on or after 17 December 2004.
