To maintain the standard of works for our new building works projects and maintenance projects, we have developed the Performance Assessment Scoring System (PASS) and the Maintenance Assessment Scoring System (MASS) respectively. These systems were established to objectively measure the preformance of our contractors and the quality of work done by the contractors for Housing Authority projects against defined standards and thus provide a fair means of comparing their individual performance. The systems have been refined over the years and proven to be a useful tool for selecting better performing contractors to tender for upcoming projects.
