Contractors on the Hong Kong Housing Authority Approved List of Cleansing Contractors are invited to tender.
The above tenders are covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
Tenders consisting of the workplan proposal, financial proposal and confidential financial information should be deposited into three separate envelopes and must be clearly marked according to the contract on the outside of each envelope. The three envelopes shall then be enclosed in a covering envelope marked with the subject of the tender and addressed to the Committees' Secretary, Hong Kong Housing Authority, and placed in the Hong Kong Housing Authority Tender Box located at the Ground Floor Lobby of the Hong Kong Housing Authority Headquarters at 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong before 10:00 am on Friday, 22 August 2008. Late tenders will not be accepted.
The Hong Kong Housing Authority does not bind itself to accept the tender with the lowest contract sum or the highest scores or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer.
For those who are not on the Hong Kong Housing Authority Approved List of Cleansing Contractors but are interested in undertaking Hong Kong Housing Authority contracts, they are required to apply for admission to the List through the Hong Kong Housing Authority website. The registration procedures are available in the website at :
