Lists of Registered Suppliers of Goods and Services Including Construction Services
The Housing Authority (hereunder named as the Authority) maintains lists of registered suppliers of goods and services (including construction services) for issuing tender invitations. These lists, with suppliers grouped under the relevant purchasing list(s) and category / categories, are available for inspection in the Authority's website at http://comis.housingauthority.gov.hk/ha/eng/procurement_4.html or from the following Sections:

For companies who are not currently registered with the Authority but wish to be considered for inclusion in these lists, they may apply for an on-line registration through the Counterparty Management Information System (COMIS) at http://comis.housingauthority.gov.hk/ha/eng/procurement_2.html
Applications received will be processed by the Authority. Subject to confirmation of their credentials and compliance with the required criteria, companies that are found acceptable will be registered with the Authority. Their continued inclusion in these lists will depend on their demonstrated ability to continue to meet the required criteria, to offer competitive tenders and on their performance in connection with any order(s) or contract(s) which they have been awarded. The Authority reserves the right to review the registered status of a company in the light of any new information relevant to its qualification.
Registered suppliers may be invited to tender for the category / categories of goods or services including construction services, for which they have been registered, as and when opportunities arise.
