| Cheung Ching Commercial Complex |
 |
Completed in 1977, the six-storey Cheung Ching Commercial Complex has a total lettable area of about 3 500 square metres. Situated at Cheung Ching Estate near Tsing Yi South Bridge, it provides 17 shops for different trades, including a Chinese restaurant, a cafe and a supermarket. There is also a market with 40 stalls offering dry and wet goods.
The commercial complex is easily accessible by public transport. There are buses and public light buses connecting the complex with the Airport Express Tsing Yi Station and the MTR Kwai Fong Station as well as other parts of Kowloon. Completed in 1981, Ching Lai Commercial Centre is situated at 264 Lai King Hill Road, Lai Chi Kok, near Ching Lai Court. The two-storey commercial centre, with a lettable area of about 500 square metres, houses shops suitable for various businesses.
A supermarket, medicine stores, fast food restaurants and bakeries can be found in the shopping centre, offering daily necessities to residents and shoppers.

Hoi Lai Shopping Centre, located at the junction of Sham Mong Road and Hoi Lai Street, Sham Shui Po, forms part of the newly built Hoi Lai Estate in the West Kowloon Reclamation Area. The Shopping Centre is at the southeast of Mei Foo Sun Chuen. Right next to it are several new private residential projects.
Completed in 2005, Hoi Lai Shopping Centre has become a shopping place for residents of Hoi Lai Estate and the nearby private housing courts.

Kwai Chung Shopping Centre, located on Sheung Kok Street, is part of the Kwai Chung Estate Redevelopment Project Phase 3. It provides shopping and leisure facilities to residents of Kwai Chung Estate and the adjacent areas.
Kwai Chung Shopping Centre was opened in mid 2005. This three-storey shopping centre accommodates a market on the ground floor and a shopping mall on the first and second floors. With a total retail space of about 5 862 square meters and the provision of central air-conditioning, the shopping centre is suitable for operating various retail and service trades, including banks, Chinese restaurants, fast food shops, specialty restaurants, superstores, bakeries and convenience stores. Lai Yiu Shopping Centre is situated at the junction of Lai Yiu Street and Lai Cho Road, inside Lai Yiu Estate in Kwai Chung. The two-storey shopping centre was completed in 1977 with a total lettable area of about 2 600 square metres.
Retail and service businesses now operating at the shopping centre include eateries, a Chinese restaurant, supermarket, clinic, barber shop, stationery shop, electrical appliances shop, provision store, medicine and cosmetics shop, clothing and footwear shop, grocery and rice shop, welfare organizations, a career training centre and other general shops. The 44 market stalls provide dry and wet goods. Given the diversity of trades, the shopping centre can cater for the daily need of the local community.
The three-storey car park at the shopping centre is conveniently located with the entrance facing Lai Cho Road and provides ample hourly parking spaces.

The Lung Poon Court Commercial Centre is situated at the foot of Diamond Hill in Central Kowloon, at the junction of Lung Cheung Road and Po Kong Village Road. It is a modern shopping centre catering for the daily need of the residents of Lung Poon Court.

This 3-storey shopping centre is centrally air-conditioned with a total lettable retail area of about 3 000 m2. It provides 17 shops for different trades, including a supermarket, a Chinese restaurant, food premises, a convenience store, clinics and other retail and service trades.
For the convenience of shoppers and residents, a public transport interchange is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre. There are also public pedestrian networks linking up the neighbouring residential developments and the shopping centre.

| Nam Shan Shopping Centre |

Nam Shan Shopping Centre is situated at the junction of Tai Hang Tung Road and Tai Hang Sai Street in Sham Shui Po. It provides shopping and market facilities to residents in the nearby Nam Shan Estate, Tai Hang Tung Estate, Tai Hang Sai Estate and the private housing developments Yau Yat Tsuen.
Nam Shan Shopping Centre comprises more than 300 shops and shop stalls on the podium and the ground level. On the ground level there is a market selling daily necessities such as fresh meat and fish, flowers, fruit and vegetables. The shops on the podium provide a wide variety of retail goods and services including restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and groceries. Nam Shan Shopping Centre is close by the MTR Shek Kip Mei Station and well served by several bus and public light bus routes. There is also a covered walkway linking the centre with Nam Shan Estate and Tai Hang Tung Estate.

| On Kay Court Commercial Centre |

On Kay Court Commercial Centre is located in East Kowloon, close to the Ngau Tau Kok bus terminal and facing Ngau Tau Kok Market. It forms an integral part of the development of On Kay Court completed in 1984 under the Home Ownership Scheme. Upper and Lower Ngau Tau Estates, Lok Wah Estate, Chun Wah Court and some other private housing estates are also in the vicinity.

Situated inside Pok Hong Estate in Sha Tin, Pok Hong Commercial Centre was opened in 1982 and houses 29 commercial units with a lettable area of about 3 600 square metres. Together with the 15 shops on the ground level of Pok Yu and Pok Wah House, these commercial units feature a variety of retail and service businesses such as convenience store, supermarket, Chinese restaurant and fast food eatery. There are 60 stalls in the market selling wet and dry goods and eight other stalls serving cooked food. An area inside the shopping centre is also available for exhibitions and product promotion activities.
Pok Hong Commercial Centre is easily accessible by public transport. The East Rail Sha Tin Station and the Ma On Shan Rail Pok Hong Station are nearby. Completed in 1979, Shek Kip Mei Shopping Centre is situated at Shek Kip Mei, Sham Shui Po. It comprises 542 shops on either the podium or the ground level of the domestic blocks. There are a big market, a supermarket, restaurants and many other shops. The total lettable area is about 8 700 square metres.
Shek Kip Mei Shopping Centre is easily accessible by public transport such as the MTR, buses and public light buses. Hourly car parking facility is also available.
Since Shek Kip Mei is the first public housing estate in Hong Kong, the Housing Authority is planning to retain one of the domestic blocks and turn it into a museum.

Shek Pai Wan Shopping Centre, located on Yue Kwong Road, Aberdeen, is part of the Shek Pai Wan Estate Redevelopment Project.
Shek Pai Wan Shopping Centre was opened in October 2005. The retail facilities of this shopping centre are on the first floor. With a total retail space of about 1 334 square metres, it provides a supermarket, a fast food restaurant, two medical clinics, a dental clinic and two shops selling electrical, video and audio equipment on short-term leases.
Shek Pai Wan Estate is easily accessible. Local residents can walk to the Shopping Centre via a comprehensive walkway system linking it with the adjacent rental estate. Hourly parking spaces are also provided for shoppers in the car park of the Shopping Centre. A public transport interchange housing a bus terminus, a mini-bus stand and a taxi stand is situated at Shek Pai Wan Estate Phase 1, providing various transport means for the convenience of the local residents and shoppers.

Tin Yan Shopping Centre is at the southeast of Tin Yan Estate in Tin Shui Wan Area 101, adjacent to Tin Yuet Estate, Tin Wah Estate, Tin Chung Court and Tin Fu Court.
Tin Shui Wai Area 101 will be completed in three phases with Phases 1 and 2 providing a total of about 6 100 residential units and Phase 3 featuring Tin Yan Shopping Centre. The first two phases are expected to house 15 300 people.
The two-storey Tin Yan Shopping Centre has a total lettable retail area of about 3 000 square metres and is equipped with central air-conditioning. It is designed to accommodate a wide range of trades including Chinese and fast food restaurants, a supermarket, bakeries, hair and beauty salons and other general retail businesses.
A bus terminal, a taxi stand and a public light bus stand are located on the ground level of the shopping centre. A Light Rail station is in the vicinity, while a covered walkway system and footbridges link up the domestic blocks and the shopping centre.

| Wah Fu Commercial Complex |

Wah Fu Commercial Complex, situated inside Wah Fu (II) Estate at Pok Fu Lam, was built in 1978. It provides a lettable area of about 4 500 square metres. Operators now include a Chinese restaurant, fast food shops, a supermarket, a 24-hour convenience store, medical clinics and various retail shops. The shop stalls on the fifth floor sell wet and dry goods. Cultural and entertainment activities can be organized in the podium on the seventh floor.
The commercial complex also houses a three-storey car park with about 200 parking spaces for shoppers and local residents. Traveling to Wan Chai, North Point and the Southern District is very convenient as the centre is adjacent to the bus terminal and public light bus stands.

The commercial centre was completed in 1983 with a lettable area of about 900 square metres and comprises 12 shops running supermarket, clinic, education centre and other retail businesses. Nearly all the shops are on the ground level and the podium of the domestic blocks.
Public transport such as buses and public light buses are serving a wide range of destinations from the shopping centre. There is a car park under the podium providing more than 300 parking spaces for residents and shoppers.
