All personal data supplied by a complainant will only be used for purposes which are directly related to the complaint case concerned. The same may be transferred to parties who will be involved in the investigation of the case, including the party being complained against, relevant Government Departments, related authorities and organizations, as well as other agencies which are authorized to receive such information.
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, a complainant has the right to request access and correction. A fee may be charged for supplying copies of the information kept by this Bureau. Request for access and correction may be made in writing and addressed to the Secretary for Transport and Housing at 6/F, Block 1, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon. Please quote your complaint case number. |
