|
| Note: |
1. |
Changes affecting the application, e.g. family composition, change of address, choice of district should be reported to the Housing Department immediately. |
| |
2. |
Applicants must respond to all enquiries raised by the Housing Department regarding their applications within the specified time. |
| |
3. |
Waiting List applicants under the Elderly Person Priority Scheme, Families with Elderly Persons Priority Scheme, or with a Waiting List Application Number not exceeding G1 186 146 / U0 186 094 (i.e. Waiting List applications with date of registration or equivalent date of registration on or before 30 September 2006) may choose for allocation of public housing flat located in the urban area (including Hong Kong Island and Kowloon). |
|
4. |
Non-elderly one-person applicants under the Quota and Points System who are currently under investigation must fulfill that their applications were registered before 1.10.2007 and valid on that date with minimum point of 95 on 1.10.2007. |
|
5.
|
The lowest score for Waiting List non-elderly one person applicants (normal Waiting List cases), accepting public housing offers in individual application district are : 119 points (Urban), 108 points (Extended Urban), 106 points (New Territories), 112 points (Island). Since the number of non-elderly one person applicants and public housing supply in individual application district are different, the lowest score accepting offer in various districts will not be the same. Applicants can reconsider their choice of application district according to their individual requirements and imminence of their housing needs. However, the choice of waiting for Urban public housing (including Hong Kong Island and Kowloon) is subject to restriction outlined in item 3 above. Furthermore, as the priority of allocation depends on the points being awarded to Waiting List applicants under the Quota and Points System which are related to their ages at the time they successfully registered and there are comparatively more older applicants joining the Waiting List during particular period, the lowest score accepting offer may increase instead when compare with that of previous month. |
| |
6.
|
The highest Waiting List application accepted public housing offer showed in Table C and D and lowest score accepted offer in Note 5 was only an indication for public reference. Owing to different circumstances of individual application, e.g. non-fulfillment of the residence rule, different timing on passing the eligibility vetting, not all the applications under the highest application may have been allocated a public housing flat.
