The District Tenancy Management Offices are responsible for managing the tenancy matters of public rental estates. Their duties include executing the tenancy agreements and promoting housing policies. Staff at the Tenancy Management Offices will follow up with all tenancy related issues, including meeting tenants and conducting tenancy related investigations. They also provide outreaching service such as on-site application processing for the needy tenants (e.g. the elderly and tenants with disabilities).
