Fu Cheong Shopping Centre, situated at Fu Cheong Estate of Shamshuipo, is part of the Phase 3 development of Fu Cheong Estate. The whole development of Fu Cheong Estate is anticipated to be completed in April 2002. It will provide about 6 000 domestic units accommodating a population of about 18 000. Along with residents from the nearby public housing estate and private development, Fu Cheong Estate will generate a strong purchasing power for the shopping centre.
