  • During the flat selection period, applicants may view the updated sales position on the display screens at the lobby of HA Customer Service Centre (Podium Level 1, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Lok Fu, Kowloon).
  • As some applicants who have selected flats may give up the selected flats before signing of ASP, the HOS Sales Unit will arrange to revert the sales position of the "selected" flats to "unsold" and update on the display screens at the end of each flat selection date for information of applicants. • Eligible applicants can choose to buy a (i) resale GSH flat or (ii) recovered TPS flat (if any).
  • If the applicant's eligibility for PRH has yet to be verified after the GSH flat/recovered TPS flat selection, the Housing Department (HD)'s Applications Sub-section will immediately make an appointment for the detailed vetting interview with the applicant. If the applicant (and the authorized person who attended the flat selection session on behalf of the applicant) fails to make the appointment date of the detailed vetting interview right after the GSH flat/recovered TPS flat selection, the application for this Resale Exercise will be immediately cancelled and the selected flat will not be reserved. The applicant and his/her family member(s) reaching the age of 18 (if any) included in the PRH application must attend an interview at the office of HD's Applications Sub-section as scheduled and complete the required procedures in person; otherwise, the application for this Resale Exercise will be cancelled and the selected flat will not be reserved for the applicant. • If an applicant or any family member who intend to become a joint owner is not able to turn up in person to complete the relevant formalities, he/ she is required to obtain prior written approval from the HOS Sales Unit and sign a valid Power of Attorney at a solicitor firm to authorise a family member aged 18 or above listed in the same PRH application form to complete the purchase on his/ her behalf. If the applicant is the only person listed in the relevant PRH application form, he/ she may authorise a relative to complete the purchase on his/ her behalf, provided that the authorised person is aged 18 or above and is holding a valid Power of Attorney. Applicants need to bear and be responsible for all the fees required for obtaining the Power of Attorney.
