Housing Ordinance (Chapter 283)
Delegation of the Powers and Functions Vested in the Hong Kong Housing Authority
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Housing Ordinance (Chapter 283), the Hong Kong Housing Authority has delegated the duty and function in relation to section 16A of the Housing Ordinance to the Subsidised Housing Committee with effect from noon of 30 June 2010.
