Housing Ordinance (Chapter 283)
Delegation of Powers vested in the
Hong Kong Housing Authority
In exercise of powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Housing Ordinance (Chapter 283), the HONG KONG HOUSING AUTHORITY, hereby delegates with effect from the date hereof to the public officers and class of public officers working in the said Authority, and officers and class of officers of the said Authority specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto all the powers and functions respectively conferred on the said Authority by the provisions of the said Ordinance specified opposite such class of public officers and class of officers of the Authority in the first column of the said Schedule.
