The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) announced the results of the Estate Management Services Contractors Awards 2019 on 30 March, to recognise services contractors for their outstanding performance in the past year.

A total of 43 awards were presented this year. The awardees comprise 14 property, cleansing, security services contractors and carpark operators, as well as 7 estate managers and 14 front-line staff.

The estates managed by the winners of the “Best Public Rental Housing Estate (Property Services) (Large Estate)” award are Choi Yuen Estate, Cheung Ching Estate and Kwai Fong Estate; while the estates managed by the winners of the “Best Public Rental Housing Estate (Property Services) (Small Estate)” award are Po Heung Estate, Cheung Lung Wai Estate and Sheung Lok Estate (see attached table for the Winner List).
