Hong Kong Housing Authority and Housing Department

A presentation ceremony of the Estate Management Services Contractors Awards organised by the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) was held on 22 March to recognise services contractors, estate managers and frontline staff for their outstanding performance in the past year.

Officiating at the ceremony, the Deputy Director of Housing (Estate Management), Mr Ricky Yeung, expressed his sincere gratitude for the full support of the services contractors in the anti-epidemic operations in public housing estates. They effectively completed various urgent tasks for safeguarding the health of residents. Both the HA and the contractors will continue to work closely to improve the cleanliness and hygiene levels of public housing estates.

 A total of 72 awards were presented this year. The awardees include 19 property, cleansing, security services contractors and carpark operators, 7 property services managers and 41 front-line staff. The estates managed by the winners of Best Public Rental Housing Estate (Property Services) are Choi Yuen Estate, Tak Long Estate, Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate, Cheung Ching Estate, Cheung Sha Wan Estate, Fu Tung Estate and On Tin Estate.
