Located at Yau Tong in Kowloon East, Yau Chui Court comprises four 37-storey blocks (Blocks B, C, D and E) of New Cruciform design, providing a total of 1 480 units coming in either 2- or 3-bedroom layout. Adjacent to Yau Chui Court is a large district shopping centre - Lei Yue Mun Plaza, which features a well-balanced trade mix including shops for daily necessities and restaurants as well as a market for wet and dry goods. Residents may enjoy delicious sea-food cuisines at a nearby fishing village, Sam Ka Tsuen in Lei Yue Mun; or escape from the bustling city life by taking a boat trip to the outlying island of Tung Lung Chau.

Education needs are well met with many kindergartens, primary and secondary schools located in the district.
