Submission of Applications

| 1. | Public Housing Occupants The application form should be verified and endorsed by the respective Estate Offices/DTMO before submission by post or by hand to the Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit.(Note 5) |
| 2. | Green Form Certificate Holders The application form should be submitted together with the applicant's Green Form Certificate either by post or by hand to the Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit.(Note 5) |
| 3. | Recipients of the Rent Allowance for Elderly Scheme (RAES) The application form should be submitted to the dedicated RAES team's office.(Note 6) |
| 4. | Estate Assistant Grade Staff of the Housing Department The application form should be submitted to the Estate Offices/DTMO managing the applicant's residing quarters. |
