Location

Block Features

The court consists of 16 Concord blocks, known for their practical and aesthetic design. Ten of these blocks were put on sale during earlier phases of the Home Ownership Scheme. Put up for sale in the current sale exercise are 1 056 units in the unsold Blocks of F, G, H, M and N , as well as 433 unsold units scattered in Blocks A, B and C.

Transportation

Yu Chui Court is right in the heart of a transportation hub. City One Station of KCRC's Ma On Shan Rail is within minutes of walking distance. Changing for the East Rail at Tai Wai Station, it takes only about a quarter of an hour to get to the city centre. The Lion Rock Tunnel and Tate's Cairn Tunnel provide fast access to various Kowloon destinations. There is a bus terminus and a green mini-bus terminus inside the court. Ngau Pei Sha Street is where many buses and mini-buses route through, servicing the vast area of Kowloon and the New Territories.
