Mr Andrew HARRISON is a Partner at DEGW and has global responsibility for the development of research and methodology development. In 1995-96 he was the Research Director for the Intelligent Buildings in South East Asia multi-client research project examining the future of intelligent buildings in the region. As part of this project he developed the Building Rating Method, an evaluation method for intelligent buildings which was also used during the Intelligent Buildings in Latin America project (1997-98). During the last three years he has been developing a comprehensive set of housing quality indicators for the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions and the Housing.
