Mr Barry Fegan WILL is a Registered Architect with 29 years of experience in architectural design in Australia, Hong Kong and China. Mr WILL is at present the President, Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Adjunct Professor of Department of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong and he is also a Executive Director of WCWP International Ltd. Mr Will holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Queensland in Australia. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Architects of Hong Kong and is registered in the Authorize Person List of the Hong Kong Government. Mr WILL served as the Chairman of the Architects Registration Board (Sept 1991 - Oct 1992) in Hong Kong and is a representative of the Liaison Group between the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Architectural Society of China.
