Mr LEE, Chairman of the David C Lee Group, has over 29 years of experience in the property sector, specializing in development, land exchanges, premium negotiations, planning, project management, joint ventures and railway development projects. Mr LEE has managed over 200 projects with a total GFA of over 150 million sq. ft. He was Project Director for Central Plaza, the world’s tallest reinforced concrete building.

Mr LEE was also a member of the Central Policy Unit, known as the "Think Tank" of the Government. He also sits on various Committees and is a very active member of the community. Mr LEE is a non-official Justice of Peace since 1996.
