Dr KEUNG is the Deputy Chief Planner (Planning Policies) of the Urban Redevelopment Authority and Adjunct Associate Professor of the School of Architecture, National University of Singapore. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Finance Committee, Preservation of Monuments Boards and the Director of Strategic Planning of the Ministry of National Development prior to his present appointment. He read his PhD in Town Planning from the University of Wales, UK. He is a Corporate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, UK and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Planners.
