Mr GU Yun-chang is the Vice-President and Secretary-General of China Real Estate Association, PRC. He graduated from Tongji University in 1996 specializing in town planning. Since he joined the Ministry of Construction in 1979, he had been head of the Coordination Office of the Housing Bureau, the officer-in-charge of the Institute of Housing Research, and the deputy head of the Policy Research Centre of the Ministry. As a senior town planner, he has been involved in the research and development of national economic and technical policies of housing. He is the author of a number of books on specialized subjects.
