Mr Kevin EDMUNDS leads CETs research and consulting team and is responsible for HK-BEAM, the Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method. He was seconded from London in 1996 to help develop HK-BEAM having worked closely with the UK Building Research Establishment on the environmental benchmark BREEAM during the early 1990s. To date, Mr EDMUNDS has certified over 80 commercial, residential and industrial developments, in addition to providing design and management advice, performance monitoring and dynamic thermal simulation for buildings in Asia and Europe. Mr EDMUNS completed his lead assessor training for ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System in Shanghai, 1997.
