Mr. Chan Kam Ling is the Managing Director of Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd., the construction arm of the New World Group. He is a Director of New World Development Ltd., New World Infrastructure Ltd. and New World China Land Ltd. In 1997, he was appointed as Managing Director of New World Services Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Sino-French Holdings (HK) Ltd., a joint-venture between Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux of France and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Ltd., the main business is investment in and operation of water and electricity plants. He is currently also the Managing Director of the Macau Water Supply Co. Ltd. and the Director of the Macau Electricity Supply Co. Ltd., both are in the territory of Macau.
