The application fee for this exercise is HK$250. For online application, applicants are required to pay HK$250 as application fee by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB or UNIONPAY 銀聯) online. For application by post/by hand, applicants are required to pay application fee of HK$250 by a crossed cheque (the cheque can be issued by applicants or other persons) or cashier’s order. The cheque or cashier’s order should be made payable to “HONG KONG HOUSING AUTHORITY”. The HKIC number and contact telephone number of the applicant should be written at the back of the cheque or cashier’s order. Payment at convenience store, post-dated cheque, cash, gift cheque, postal order and electronic cheques will not be accepted. Application fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Note: If the cheque or cashier’s order is dishonored for whatever reasons, the application will be cancelled automatically.

During flat selection period, exhibition panels and other information on the Sale of Unsold GSH Flats of Ching Fu Court and Dip Tsui Court will be displayed at the office of the GSH Sales Unit of the HA in Kwun Tong.

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal (the Warning Signal) has been issued / hoisted or the Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 7:00 a.m. on the day, the venue will be closed until further notice. In general, it will be reopened in two hours after the warning signal is cancelled.

During flat selection period, Sales Brochures and Price Lists of Unsold GSH Flats of Ching Fu Court and Dip Tsui Court can be obtained at the following venues or downloaded from the following website:

Points to Note

  • The applicant and / or any family member who intend to become a joint owner must turn up for flat selection and completion of Agreement for Sale and Purchase (ASP) at the GSH Sales Unit in person.
  • The applicant should come to the office of GSH Sales Unit of the HA for registration 15 minutes before the flat selection session as scheduled.
  • If the applicant is late on the appointed time slot of the designed flat selection day, his / her order of flat selection will be overtaken by another applicant with lower priority order. The applicant concerned will be arranged to select a flat at the next available time slot. Applicants are advised to plan their journey early and allow more travelling time to cater for unexpected delay.
  • Buyer should bring along a cashier’s order in the sum of 5% of the purchase price which are made payable to “HONG KONG HOUSING AUTHORITY” for the deposit.
  • Applicants who fail to keep their appointment will lose their eligibility for flat selection and their flat selection priority will be taken up by others lower in the queue.
  • If an applicant or any family member who intend to become a joint owner is not able to turn up in person to complete the relevant formalities, he / she is required to obtain prior written approval from the GSH Sales Unit and sign a valid Power of Attorney at a solicitor firm to authorise a family member aged 18 or above listed on the PRH application to complete the purchase on his / her behalf. If the applicant is the only person listed in the PRH application, he / she may authorise relative to complete the purchase on his / her behalf, provided that the authorised person is aged 18 or above and is holding a valid Power of Attorney. Applicants shall submit a written application to GSH Sales Unit as early as possible before the date of flat selection so that the purchase formalities can be completed without delay due to the time required to process relevant documents. Applicants need to bear and be responsible for all the fees required for obtaining the Power of Attorney.
