Tin Fu Court enjoys a green neighbourhood with the Deep Bay, Wetland Park and Mai Po Nature Reserve all within easy reach. Tin Shui Wai itself is a new town with a fully developed transportation network. It is well connected to Tuen Mun and Yuen Long by road and rail transport.

Transportation

Tin Fu Court is conveniently located right next to Tin Fu LRT Station. Changing at MTR Tin Shui Wai Station for the West Rail, the ride to the urban area takes only about half an hour. Alternatively, the road network links to the urban area by way of Route No. 3 via Ting Kau Bridge.

Block Features

Tin Fu Court comprises 16 Concord-type, 41-storeyed blocks, featuring two- and three-bedroom units. All bathrooms are equipped with quality sanitary fittings, and full set of cabinetry is installed in kitchens. The three-bedroom units feature a master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
