Submission of Applications
All application forms must be submitted within the application period in the following ways: |

Different Categories of Green Form Applicants: |
1. |
Public Housing Occupants The application form should be verified and endorsed by the respective DTMO before submission by post or by hand to the Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit (HOS Sales Unit), Podium Level 1, HACSC. |
2. |
Green Form Certificate Holders The application form should be submitted together with the applicant's Green Form Certificate either by post or by hand to the HOS Sales Unit. |
3. |
Recipients of the Rent Allowance for Elderly Scheme (RAES) The application form should be submitted to the dedicated RAES team's office at Podium Level 2, HACSC. |
4. |
Estate Assistant Grade Staff of the Housing Department The application form should be submitted to the DTMO managing the applicant's residing quarters. |
