In addition to 370 unsold flats in Yau Chui Court Stage I, 1 022 resale / unsold flats in the following seven courts are on offer in the Sale of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme Flats Phase 5:

All flats on offer are resale flats except a small number of unsold flats in Kam Tai Court and Tin Fu Court.
Resale flats comprise returned flats and a former decoration contractor show flat which are to be sold on an "as is" basis. The Hong Kong Housing Authority will carry out basic inspection and repair works before the sale of these flats. No Defects Liability Period will be offered for these flats.

Remarks: Apart from the courts mentioned above, two new flats in Kingston Terrace, Tuen Mun, under the Hong Kong Housing Society are also on offer in the current sales exercise. Please visit the Hong Kong Housing Society website for details or call 8107 0123 for enquiry.
