e-Submission of Application (Application Closed)
To ensure that our service can be delivered effectively, please use the following operating system and internet web browser combinations:

- Applicants will have no more than 45 minutes to complete an application form. Please allow sufficient time to complete the application form. Data cannot be saved during the process of application
- Applicants must complete the application and payment of application fee before the closing time (7 p.m. on 12 June 2019). The closing time is subject to the timer of the Application System of the HA
- To ensure successful submission before the deadline, applicants are advised to submit the application as early as possible
- Please ensure that the application fee is successfully paid online. A confirmation email will be received by the applicants upon successful payment. Failure to settle the payment online would render the application unsuccessful
- Please prepare the following documents / information for ready reference before you start the online application:
- Identity documents of the applicant and all family members (if any)
- Total household monthly income and total net asset value of household
- Valid Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB or UnionPay銀聯)
- After successful payment, the system will automatically send payment acknowledgement email to the applicant. If the applicant does not receive an acknowledgement email within one day, he/ she should contact the issuing bank or call the 24-hour HA Sales and WSM hotline 2712 8000 (via 1823) to check whether the payment has been completed. If the application fee is not successfully paid online, the application will be considered invalid.
