Resale Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) Flats
Please refer to the price list for the resale recovered TPS flats. The HA has the absolute rights to withdraw from the sale of any flat at any time during the sale period.
^The district information refers to the district in which the Development is situated, according to the Outline Zoning Plan prepared under the Town Planning Ordinance. Prospective purchasers are advised to check other districts' information for the Development, such as District Council district and school net.
Exhibition panels and other information on the Resale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats and Recovered Tenant Purchase Scheme Flats will be displayed at the office of the HOS Sales Unit of the HA in Lok Fu.
Opening Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily from 26 August 2026 to the end of flat selection period, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal (the Warning Signal) or "Extreme Conditions" has been issued / hoisted or the Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 7:00 a.m. on the day, the venue will be closed until further notice. In general, it will be reopened in two hours after the warning signal is cancelled.
