Resale Recovered Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) Flats
The finalised details of resale flats for sale will be announced prior to the commencement of flat selection.
From the commencement and up to the end of the application period, exhibition panels and other information on the Resale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme Flats and Recovered Tenant Purchase Scheme Flats will be displayed at the office of the HOS Sales Unit of the HA in Lok Fu.
Opening Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily from 3 July 2026 to 16 July 2026 and during flat selection period, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal (the Warning Signal) or "Extreme Conditions" has been issued / hoisted or the Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 7:00 a.m. on the day, the venue will be closed until further notice. In general, it will be reopened in two hours after the warning signal is cancelled.
