Charming Harbour View

Tung Tao Court is built along the Island East coastline, next to the Aldrich Bay Promenade and overlooks the stunning harbour view stretching from Lei Yue Mun to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Affluent Community Facilities

Island East is a well-developed community, with a wide spectrum of leisure and recreational facilities including a performing arts centre, an indoor game hall, a film museum, etc. There are also plenty of shopping, entertainment and eat-out choices within the neighborhood. Amid the fast-moving city beat, residents can relax themselves by taking a stroll along the adjacent scenic promenade or enjoy a break at the nearby Lei Yue Mun Park and Holiday Village.

Parents with young children will find themselves hustle-free as there is a wide range of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools to cater for the specific education needs of their children.

A Transport Hub

The court is conveniently connected by the Island Eastern Corridor and the Eastern Harbour Tunnel to most parts of the territory. It is just a few minutes' walk to either Sai Wan Ho or Shau Kei Wan MTR Station. Terminuses for buses, trams and even cross-boundary coaches are also within the vicinity, providing a comprehensive transportation network for commuters.

Choice of Block Types

The court consists of four Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) blocks and one public rental housing (PRH) block. Blocks A to D are HOS blocks, providing a total of 1 216 units to be offered for sale in phases.

Blocks A and D are 41-storey tall while Blocks B and C are 37-storey tall built on the podium of a 3-storey carpark building. Facilities within the court include children playgrounds, a badminton court and greenery areas. There are also a community hall and a home for the aged in Block E, the PRH block, to provide community services and residential care for the elders.

Both Blocks A and B are of the New Cruciform design, with 10 flats on each floor. Each of the 2-bedroom units features a utility balcony. Blocks C & D are of the Concord design with 6 flats per floor. Three-bedroom units boast an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.

Put up for sale in the current phase are 576 units in Blocks B and C, offering a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts for buyers to choose from. Some of the flats command a magnificent sea view.
