Submission of Application

Public Housing Occupants
Application form should be verified and endorsed by the respective DTMO before submission by post or by hand to the Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit (HOS Sales Unit), Podium Level 1, HACSC). |

Green Form Certificate Holders
Application form should be submitted together with the applicant's Green Form Certificate either by post or by hand to the HOS Sales Unit. |

Recipients of the Rent Allowance for Elderly Scheme (RAES)
Application form should be submitted to the dedicated RAES team's office at Podium Level 2, HACSC. |

Estate Assistant Grade Staff of the Housing Department
Application form should be submitted to the DTMO managing the applicant's residing quarters. |
