Starting from 20 March 2008, a number of designated resale flats will be open to eligible applicants for viewing. Appointments to view these flats must be made in person. Each viewing appointment is limited to two flats in the same court.

Opening Period
From 20 March to 20 April 2008

Opening Hours
10:00 am - 6:20 pm (daily, including public holidays)

Points to Note:
1.  Bookings are accepted starting from 19 March 2008. The central booking office for the viewing of designated returned flats is located at the Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre, 3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon (Exit A, Lok Fu MTR Station). The office is open from 10 am to 7 pm, including public holidays.
2.  Applicants can make appointment for viewing sessions within seven days from the date of booking.
3.  Appointments must be made in person by presenting the Acknowledgement Letter bearing the Application Number issued by the Home Ownership Scheme Sales Unit.
4.  Only two persons may attend the viewing appointment at the presentation of one Appointment Slip.
5.  Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the viewing session's appointed time. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
6.  Each viewing session lasts for 40 minutes (including the walk between and elevator rides) and will cover two resale flats as designated by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Please follow the instructions of staff on site and vacate the designated flats as scheduled to avoid delay caused to the next group of visitors.
7.  In the event that all resale flats in the concerned courts are sold out, viewing appointments already made will still be in effect. Applicants may decide whether to attend the appointed viewing session.
8.  When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or when Black Rainstorm Signal is issued, viewing arrangements will be cancelled. Affected applicants will have to make a new appointment for another viewing session. However, two hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal is lowered, viewing sessions will resume.
9.  The Hong Kong Housing Authority shall not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience that may arise from the cancellation or change of the above-mentioned viewing arrangements for any reason whatsoever.
