Kingsford Terrace Stage II Ka Keng Court Resale Flats Sales Information
Court Information

Location

Located at the upper end of King Tung Street, Ngau Chi Wan, Kingsford Terrace forms part of a quiet, tree-lined residential neighbourhood. Numerous primary and secondary schools cluster in the Po Kong Village Road School Village, catering well for the needs of families with school-age children.

Block Features

Kingsford Terrace was originally a Private Sector Participation Scheme project, built and owned by private developer. The whole project comprises commercial and residential developments. The five storeys from the ground floor up are commercial premises, including three levels of car park. The five residential blocks above the podium level provide 2 010 units.

The Housing Authority acquired all the residential units from the private developer in 2004 in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. These units are being sold as surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats in phases.

The units come in either two- or three-bedroom layouts, with spacious and airy living areas. Kitchens and bathrooms are well-appointed with quality fittings while three-bedroom units feature an additional water-closet.

The podium garden is planted with trees and blossoms. There are also a children play area, a badminton court and table-tennis facilities. All residential blocks are connected with covered walkways.

Transportation

Green mini-buses from Wong Tai Sin MTR Station stop right at the entrance of the court. Nearby, King Tung Street is served by another green mini-bus route linking to Diamond Hill MTR Station. Alternatively, Choi Hung MTR Station is only some 15 minutes' walk away. Numerous bus routes run through Po Kong Village Road for various destinations.

Environment

With the towers erected on the podium, six storeys above ground level, residential units enjoy unparalleled views. Depending on the aspect and level of the unit, some windows may overlook the former site of Kai Tak Airport, the Victoria Harbour, Tsim Sha Tsui or as far as Hong Kong east. With a range of hills as backdrop for the court, north-facing units enjoy a verdant and pleasant view.
