Kingsford Terrace was originally
a Private Sector Participation Scheme project, built and
owned by private developer. The whole project comprises commercial
and residential developments. The five storeys from the ground
floor up are commercial premises, including three levels
of car park. The five residential blocks above the podium
level provide 2 010 units.
The Housing Authority acquired all the residential units
from the private developer in 2004 in accordance with the
Conditions of Sale. These units are being sold as surplus
Home Ownership Scheme flats in phases.
The units come in either two- or three-bedroom layouts,
with spacious and airy living areas. Kitchens and bathrooms
are well-appointed with quality fittings while three-bedroom
units feature an additional water-closet.
The podium garden is planted with trees and blossoms. There
are also a children play area, a badminton court and table-tennis
facilities. All residential blocks are connected with covered
walkways. |
