The Sale of Surplus HOS Flats Phase 2 offers over 2 000 resale flats in various districts, in addition to over 1 000 units located in Kingsford Terrace in Wong Tai Sin and Ka Keng Court in Tai Wai. Resale flats comprise mainly returned flats, while there are also a limited number of former decoration contractor show flats* and some scattered unsold flats.

(*Returned flats and former decoration contractor show flats are to be sold on an “as is” basis. The Hong Kong Housing Authority will carry out basic inspection and repair works before the sale of these flats. Defects Liability Period will not be offered for these flats.)
