Viewing of Designated Returned Flats
by Appointment |
|
|
|
Starting from 17 September 2007, a number of designated
returned flats will be open to eligible applicants for
viewing. Appointments to view these flats must be made
in person. Each viewing appointment is limited to two
flats in the same court.

*Except for Lung Mun Oasis and Glorious Garden which
are open from 10:00 am to 5:20 pm daily |

Points to Note:
1. |
|
Bookings are accepted starting from 12 September
2007. The central booking office for the viewing
of designated returned flats is located at the
Hong Kong Housing Authority Customer Service Centre,
3 Wang Tau Hom South Road, Kowloon (near Exit A,
Lok Fu MTR Station). The office is open from 10
am to 7 pm, including public holidays. |

Applicants can make appointment for viewing sessions
within seven days from the date of booking. |
3. |
|
Appointments must be made in person by presenting
the Acknowledgement Letter bearing the Application
Number issued by the Home Ownership Scheme Sales
Unit. |
4. |
|
Only two persons may attend the viewing appointment
at the presentation of one Appointment Slip. |
5. |
|
Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes
before the viewing session's appointed time. Late
arrivals will not be entertained. |
6. |
|
Each viewing session lasts for 40 minutes (including
the walk between and elevator rides) and will cover
two returned flats as designated by the Hong Kong
Housing Authority. Please follow the instructions
of staff on site and vacate the designated flats
as scheduled to avoid delay caused to the next
group of visitors. |
7. |
|
In the event that all returned flats in the concerned
courts are sold out, viewing appointments already
made will still be in effect. Applicants may decide
whether to attend the appointed viewing session. |
8. |
|
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted
or when Black Rainstorm Signal is issued, viewing
arrangements will be cancelled. Affected applicants
will have to make a new appointment for another
viewing session. However, two hours after Typhoon
Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal is lowered,
viewing sessions will resume. |
9. |

The Hong Kong Housing Authority shall not be
held responsible for any loss or inconvenience
that may arise from the cancellation or change
of the above-mentioned viewing arrangements for
any reason whatsoever. |

Submission of Application
All application forms must be submitted within the application period in the following ways:

Public Housing Occupants
Application form should be verified and endorsed by the respective District Tenancy
Management Office (DTMO) before submission by post or by hand to the Home Ownership
Scheme (HOS) Sales Unit, Podium Level 1, Housing Authority Customer Service
Centre. |

2. |
|
Green Form Certificate Holders
Application form should be submitted together with the applicant's Green Form
Certificate either by post or by hand to the HOS Sales Unit. |

Recipients of the Rent Allowance for Elderly Scheme
(RAES)
Application form should be submitted to the dedicated RAES team's office, Podium
Level 2, Housing Authority Customer Service Centre. |
