Tenders for three additional D&B projects were initiated in the first quarter of 2024, namely Fanling Area 48, Choi Shun Street, and Kam Sheung Road Site 4a Phases 1 and 2, involving about 9 890 flats in total.In 2024/25, we plan to issue tenders adopting the D&B procurement model for four D&B projects involving the construction of around 12 000 flats.Building Information Modelling and Generative DesignWith HA%u2019s Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologynow having been adopted in all HA%u2019s public housing projects, we are continuing to expand the range of BIM applications in order to enhance our design efficiency, environmental performance, and the quality and safety of our projects. We are also exploring the potential of Generative Design (GD) for enhancing our architectural and structural design work.
