In this way we aim to raise the professional image of the construction industry and attract a new generation of talented individuals to the industry.Development and Construction Site Mobile System (DCSMS)HA has been using the DCSMS since 2016 to improve communication between our site staff and contractors and to improve the traceability of our site inspection records. Over the years, modifications and improvements to the DCSMS have been made to expand its range and functionality and to improve its quality at different phases of development. By the end of 2023, when the Phase 1 to 4 developments had been completed, the system provided 12 different mobile and web applications for use in the inspection of architectural works, building services works and structural works, and for materials testing.In 2023/24 we launched the system%u2019s latest mobile app, the Site Operation Module, in Phase 5 of our DCSMS development. This new module offers better consolidation of site-related information, and keeps all site records in a single system.
