The first phase was rolled out in 2022, and Phase 2, covering new SSF courts, followed in early 2024. Both PRH tenants and SSF owners can now access the HOST System from the HA/HD website or via the iHousing mobile app at any time. To date, over 2 900 reports from tenants and owners at five new estates and courts have been received and handled via the HOST System. The seamless interface between the HOST System and the Defect Rectification Module of DCSMS makes the process of monitoring and handling defect rectification by contractors much faster and more efficient than before. We are also working on the implementation of delegated authentication between the HOST System and %u201ciAM Smart%u201d to improve the user experience. The HOST System will be expanded in Phase 3 of its development to handle defect reporting for the common areas of new estates and courts by estate management units. These new features will be rolled out in mid-2024, allowing for consistent and easy data retrieval.
