Shopping centres, wet markets, community facilities and car parking facilities were provided in conjunction with a public library, as well as schools planned around the estate to ensure that residents had good access to educational and cultural resources. The masterplan for the site captured the site%u2019s breathtaking sea views, with a comprehensive design that included courtyard spaces of varying scale and character, attractively landscaped outdoor seating areas, and communal and amenity facilities that delivered a wide range of essential services.
