The dedicated TMS technical team systematically inspects flat conditions and arranges any necessary maintenance or repair work, keeping flats safe for residents as well as extending the life span of our housing assets. In 2023/24, the TMS was carried out in 56 estates. In-flat Inspection Ambassadors of the TMS inspect and record in-flat conditions and identify any maintenance problems. Residents can also make direct requests for repairs and maintenance, for which one-stop repairs are arranged as needed. In addition to these practical outcomes, we undertake promotional and educational activities relating to flat maintenance for tenants, such as setting up mobile education booths in TMS estates.Quality Water Supply Scheme for Buildings %u2013 Fresh Water (Management System) (QMS)We aim to provide all our estates with good quality fresh water, and to this end have been participating in the QMS, administered by the Water Supplies Department (WSD), since 2018. The scheme involves applying a Water Safety Plan for Buildings (WSPB) in our PRH estates, with a special focus on internal plumbing systems. By March 2024, we had implemented the WSPB in 189 PRH estates, and received the relevant QMS certificates from WSD.
