Begun in August 2022, work under the programme had been carried out across 127 estates by the end of March 2024. We expect to complete the programme in 2025.Slope maintenanceThere are currently 1 758 slopes on HA property under our management. Our Slope Maintenance Management Systemis an important tool for ensuring their safety and stability. It allows us to easily retrieve, upload and analyse relevant slope maintenance information using the Geographic Information System and mobile application technology, and to visualise relevant data on maps, both in office and on-site. Comprehensive Structural Investigation Programme (CSIP)The CSIP is designed to ascertain the structural safety of our aged PRH estates. It also assesses the repair works needed to sustain those estates for at least a further 15 years, as well as the cost-effectiveness of undertaking these repairs.
