During the year, around 180 rescinded flats from the above estates were put up for sale under EFAS 2023. Applications for EFAS 2023 were invited in early July 2023 and flat selection commenced in early September 2023. Home Ownership SchemeHOS is a major SSF scheme administered by HA. HOS helps low- to middle-income families, including eligible PRH tenants, achieve home ownership by allowing those eligible under the scheme to purchase an HOS flat at a discount from the assessed market value.
