This system allows the contractor and HA New Works staff to promptly report any site accident / incident using the web or the safety alert mobile app. This platform also captures the data in accident / incident reports submitted by contractors and HA New Works staff to facilitate retrieval of submission records for monitoring by related parties, allow convenient generation of statistics reports, assist users to identify trends and causes of accidents and incidents, and alert users when an alert limit or a warning threshold is exceeded. Contractor and HA New works staff shall login the Safety Alert Module via the link below to enter their accident / incident data into the report Form no. DCMP-F787.
