Other than those estate shroff offices providing rent collection services on Wednesday morning, there are 31 'District Shroff Offices" providing whole day rent collection service from Monday to Friday.
For those estates without 'District Shroff Offices', 7-Eleven or VanGo Convenience Store, China Resources Vanguard Supermarket or MTR Customer Service Centres, shroff collection service is provided in the morning from Monday to Friday.

Tenants may also pay rent through alternative channels such as Autopay, Payment by Phone, Internet Banking or Phone Banking, Automatic Teller Machine, 7-Eleven or VanGo Convenience Store, China Resources Vanguard Supermarket or MTR Customer Service Centres.

For most of backend offices, including the Headquarters Building in Ho Man Tin, the opening hours are 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, lunch break 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The opening hours of the Independent Checking Unit are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Friday; while those of Receipt and Despatch Counter service are 8:30 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.
The operating hours of the Warden Service at Housing for the Senior Citizens remain unchanged, i.e. 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
A drop-in box is provided at the atrium of the Hong Kong Housing Authority Headquarters for the collection of documents submitted by members of the public in person from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. These include appeals submitted under the Housing Ordinance and the Estate Agents Ordinance.
