The Housing Authority provides public rental housing (PRH) for low-income families who cannot afford to rent a private accommodation. We have put in place various housing schemes to help people with different needs. Currently there are some 160 000 applicants on the PRH Waiting List, and we are striving to keep the average waiting time for PRH at around three years.
